6 hours of mindfulness, wellness and self care.
The day starts with healthy fruits, infused water and fresh juices, followed by a Vinyasa flow and restore class to help you focus on problem areas, release tension and allow a mindful flow.
After a healthy lunch, we move on to more yoga, pranayama, chakra balancing, meditation and sound healing.
